Slayden Wins Prestigious American Construction Safety Excellence Award

Slayden won the American Construction Safety Excellence Award (CSEA), which was announced at the AGC Annual Convention in San Diego, California, in March. The CSEA reflects Slayden’s leadership under Tom Paul, who prioritizes safety at all levels of management and cultivates a buy-in culture and comprehensive safety program that ensures everyone is always safe. People at Slayden are empowered to speak up when they see something unsafe or a potential hazard. There’s always engagement at the executive level to assess best practices and make the right decisions so that safety measures continue to reflect the changing needs of the men and women on project sites. Key to their success is the proactive use of digital tools for safety planning, allowing them to anticipate and mitigate potential risks before they occur.
