Slayden helped bring Post Falls Landing to life, a vibrant, multi‑functional recreation space along the Spokane River, situated just across from the North Channel Dam. Delivered in partnership with the City of Post Falls and Avista, the project transformed a riverfront area into a welcoming community destination featuring outdoor gathering spaces, a central plaza, an amphitheater, and a range of park amenities.

The new park offers sweeping riverside views and a place for the community to come together. It also improves operational access to the adjacent dam with the addition of a crane pad and barge landing. Working closely with our design partners, Slayden blended structural enhancements with thoughtful placemaking to create a beautiful, functional riverfront space for residents and visitors to enjoy for years to come.
