Slayden Construction has built thousands of multifamily living units in Oregon. Together with its related entities, Slayden has retained most of these units. As owners and managers, the Slayden team has gained valuable insight regarding design choices, material selection, cost control, market response to product, and the comfort and safety of residents.
Because of our relationship with subsidiary and related entities, we understand the cost, both in time and money, of delayed occupancy, as well as the impact of prolonged construction financing. As a result, we have a team driven to complete a project as expeditiously as possible.
As with much of our other work specialties, we provide a complete, multi-disciplinary contractor approach that is unique among our competitors in our markets. In addition to performing traditional general contractor roles, such as earthwork and concrete construction, we also are able to self-perform mechanical and utility work.
